Some say you can’t make pizza without baker’s yeast. We do things a bit different at Artisan Bread. Buy now and make the most wonderful pizza. For those who avoid common wheat, pizza is back on the menu!

	Can I freeze it?		How long does it keep?
Yes, you can freeze the pizza. It can be frozen for up to 3 months.		We bake to order and send out your fresh pizza base(s) for next day delivery in mainland UK. We put a best before date of 6 to 7 days on the bag. If stored correctly the pizza should normally keep for at least a week.
	What does it taste like?		How can I use it?
Satisfying. You won’t taste the difference to ‘normal’ pizza.		Just add topping and bake in pre-heated oven at 200°C. Bake until the edges are golden brown. Or brush with oil or yogurt and sprinkle with seeds; bake and cut into wedges for dips. You can also toast it like pitta bread.
	How to store it?
Will taste best if stored ambient. Store cool & dry, away from sunlight. Suitable for home freezing/refrigeration.
