Organic Buckwheat Pizza Base
Handmade naturally gluten free pizza base - without added yeast. Another great tasting product with all the right ingredients! Part baked - just add topping and bake in a hot oven for 15-30 minutes, depending on topping.
Super quick (max 25 min) serving suggestions:
White Pizza
Spread it with some plain soya yogurt mixed with a dash of organic olive oil, sprinkle with rock salt, rosemary, cumin and caraway seeds - bake in a hot oven for 20 minutes - sprinkle with paprika
Seeded Wedges
Brush with some plain soya yogurt, sprinkle with rock salt, cumin, nigella, caraway seeds - bake in a hot oven for 10 minutes until golden - sprinkle with paprika - serve warm or cold.
Blinis
Buckwheat blinis are small buckwheat pancakes traditionally served with caviar. Try a less cruel and much tastier vegetarian version: Pan fry the buckwheat 'pizza' base in olive oil on a medium heat until it golden - cut into wedges and serve with black olive tapenade and cool white organic live soya yoghurt.

Revitalised filtered water, freshly milled (on our own gluten-free mill) organic buckwheat flour and whole buckwheat (37%), freshly milled demeter wholegrain rice flour (17%), organic virgin olive oil, natural leaven (gluten-free), sea salt.
