|You can freeze our bread. The packaging it comes in is not ideal for freezing. We recommend you use a freezer bag or freezer tub to protect the bread in the freezer.||Best before summer 4 days (winter 5 days).|

|Some say this is most like 'normal bread' - soft and easy - it does everything.||Use like any other bread. Great for toast. Blinis are made from Buckwheat, also known as Kasha or Sarrasin and traditionally served with caviar. Also great with black olive pâté. See recipe section for serving ideas.|
