Use it as bread or as a culinary ingredient with anything savoury. Ideal for steaming, toasting, frying, salads, snacking, canapés. Pea bread is high in protein. In the Middle Ages peasants ate pea or bean bread - also called 'horse bread' if they could't afford meat.
