Cook vine leaves as per instructions on the packet.
Alternatively use cabbage leaves

Rice Mix
Soak a whole rice bread in cold water (weighed down to keep all parts under water.)
After 1h drain and squeeze out water by hand.
Pulp in liquidiser.

Add raisins, cumin powder, ground coriander to rice mix and fill the leaves.
