Bread Recycling Recipes using ABO bread:
Quinoa Burgers
bored of of BBQ sausages & burgers? - try these!
5 cups of quinoa grain, soaked in cold water for 12 hours, drained and sprouted for 1 day
2 cups of fresh ABO natually gluten-free breadcrumbs
1 small onion, cut into very fine cubes
1 teaspoon each:
paprika, nigella, cumin, herb salt
1 tablespoon fresh miso
Put into large mixing bowl and mash by hand - this can take up o 20 min until it forms into balls without falling apart.
Flatten balls to burgers and genly fry in olive oil until crisp on the edges.
