Six of the best Rye breads
Stella Magazine (a Sunday Telegraph supplement) tasted 49 Rye breads from supermarkets and online suppliers. They chose six of "the best" to publish in their Sunday Telegraph supplement. Their favourite of our Rye breads was the Organic Rye & spelt, it was "tasty enough to eat on it's own!"

Channel 5 filmed a piece for Live with... at our bakery about our naturally Gluten-Free Bread. Ingrid got on with presenter Emma Forbes like a house on fire and the whole team enjoyed tasting our lovely products.

Tried & tested: gluten-free bread, by Rose Prince
In her comparison of Artisan Bread with Genius, according to Rose Genius looked like, but didn't taste like real bread and was made with potato starch, egg white, Xantham gum, sugar beet flakes and yeast. She also unsuccessfully tried to get Genius to comment on the use of enzymes. In the discussion that followed the article some users reported that Xantham gum caused them heart-burn.

This is what Suzanne Ducket, journalist and writer wrote in the Mirror Magazine in Dec 2001. Her anti candida diet replaced Bread with various wheat free items and ABO Rye & Spelt bread, cheese with soya cheese, stock cubes with yeast-free stock cubes, salad dressings with lemon juice etc.
