    • Store in a cool & dry place away from sunlight. Cooking: Boil 2 parts of water, add 1 part of rinsed buckwheat, bring to the boil, cover & reduce to simmer for 15-20 min. Remove lid to evaporate any remaining water for 5 min. Rinse, drain and serve. Sprouting: Soak overnight. Rinse twice a day. Harvest when sprouts are at least twice as long as the grain. Rinse well before use. Buckwheat sprouts in 3-4 days.
