Our protein bread provides a quarter of your daily recommended protein from just 2 slices! Not only that but it tastes amazing with it's melt in the mouth softness and nutty flavour.

This loaf is made with flour freshly milled on site. We use only the best organic & natural ingredients with no added yeast, gums or chemicals. Loaf size is just under 10cm x 10cm and makes seven to nine slices.

Also available as Bites the cookie size version of our bread!

    • Try this as an hors d'œuvre or as a starter. Alternatively 2 slices will make a very filling sandwich.

      Just two good slices (100g) give you around 20% of the reference intake of protein of an average adult.

      We put a best before date on it: from baking 4 days in summer 5 days in winter.

      Store cool and dry, away from sunlight. Suitable for home freezing.

      May be stored in the fridge which will stop the bread from going mouldy especially in hot and humid weather, however refrigeration will harden the starch (as in any bread). If you pop it in the toaster for a moment the starches will soften
