The 'cookie' size version of our organic & gluten-free protein bread - flavoured with organic herbs grown high up in the Alps on an organic herb farm. The flavour of these herbs is intense. Simply delicious.
You will also find these bites served in Tibits Restaurants in London and Switzerland.

    • Store cool and dry, away from sunlight. They come in a freezer bag - ready for home freezing. The bites weigh approx. 25g each – so you get around 40 bites in a kilo bag. Great for healthy snacking, lunch boxes, parties and picnics, with soups, dips and salads. A tasty addition to the bread basket! You can also use them as dumplings in a soup or stew! Best before date from baking: 4 days in summer, 5 days in winter.

    • Can be frozen for approx. three months. For that ‘FRESH FROM THE OVEN’ taste: Pop them into a hot oven 180C-200C for 5 minutes; they will taste amazing (optional).

    Our Softie! As a source of plant protein this soft bread provides a quarter of your daily recommended protein with just 2 slices! It amazes with it's melt-in-the-mouth softness and nutty flavour.

    This loaf is made with flour freshly milled on site. We use only the best organic & natural ingredients with no added yeast, gums or chemicals. Loaf size is just under 10cm x 10cm and makes seven to nine slices.

    Also available as Bites the cookie size version of our bread!

    Pea Protein 500g | Pea Protein 500g

    Pea protein is found in protein shakes, meal replacements and body builder supplements. Pea Protein is rich in lysine and other valuable amino acids. Simply mix a tablespoon into your smoothies, soups, juices or shakes.

    Add a teaspoon of psyllium husk for added fibre and to thicken a juice.

    Experiment replacing eggs in baking by whisking one heaped tbs (12g) of pea protein with 6 tbs (55g) of hot water (per egg). This is one of the ingredients in our Miracle Cake - it really does replace eggs in baking.

    This product is VEGAN - we checked with the manufacturer after receiving enquiries about this. Pea protein is not available in organic quality.
