Our first bread rolls made with ORGANIC YEAST - world's apart from standard baker's yeast. The long fermentation allow all the aromatic flavours to come through. The flavour is sweet and yet savoury with a pronounced note of hoppy yeast.

They are soft and moist and just delicious - look and taste like an aromatic sourdough bread. They weigh 95g each. They also make delicious canapes sliced thinly.

No GM - no chemicals used in the production of this aromatic yeast. It is more expensive than ordinary yeast but it really is worth it.

These bread rolls are so delicious you won't believe they are gluten-free - enjoy and be amazed! Available as a 3 or 10 pack.

    • Will taste best if stored ambient. Store cool & dry, away from sunlight. We put a best before date on it: Summer 4 days, winter 5 days. These rolls stay soft for days. They may be stored in the fridge which will stop the rolls from going mouldy especially in hot and humid weather, however refrigeration will harden the starch (as in any bread). If you pop them in a hot oven for a moment the starches will soften and the rolls will taste like fresh from the oven!
