Placing an order – Here’s how it works
Step 1- Make your selections from our fabulous range of Breads, Snacks, Sweet Treats, Accessories and Pantry Items and add them to your basket.
Step 2 - Decide how often you would like your items, for your convenience you can set up a regular order for your items. At checkout you can choose from a weekly delivery, or every 2, 3 or 4 weeks. You may want to only order occasionally and that’s fine - so just select Once Only from the drop down menu at checkout.
Step 3- Select a convenient delivery date - We deliver on Tuesdays Thursday & Fridays. No need to wait in, choose a safe place and enter the information in the box provided.
Step 4 - Receive your order and enjoy....
Regular Orders in more Detail.....
For your first order you can schedule a regular order and include some Once Only items. After which any changes to orders are made in the account section under My Regular Orders. If you have a regular order set up and you want to order some occasional items then you can simply add them to your next regular order or you could purchase as once only items but you would be subject to our delivery charges.
It’s easy to make changes to a regular order, simply log in and visit My Regular Orders section under My Account. Here you can edit items, delete items, change your delivery date and add new items. To add a new item to your regular order simply browse, select item and select add to my Regular Bread Box. Please note any additional items added to your order will remain on the order until you remove it. So if you’re adding an occasional item don’t forget to remove it for next time!
No - changes are live and updated automatically there is no need to go through the checkout process again.
Yes - you will receive an email 5 days prior to your scheduled delivery date.
Yes you can have more than one regular order, for example you may choose to have a weekly and a monthly bread box
If you are going on holiday the easiest option is to simply change the delivery date of your next regular order until after your return. Simply amend the date in the drop down in My Regular Orders. Alternatively if you are holidaying in the UK you could always get your bread delivered to your holiday address.
Yes – you can change your address or add a new one in My Account. If you have more than one delivery address you will be able to select from the drop down box on the My Regular Orders page remember to update your delivery address changes by clicking the UPDATE button.
Yes – you will receive an email notification whenever changes are made to a regular order.
Your payment card details are encrypted, stored and processed by a fully PCI compliant third party provider, and are inaccessible to any ABO staff or any other third party. For more information visit our payments methods page.
