We are very excited about inventing a healthy organic alternative to chocolate spread without the palm fat and milk powder. Instead of palm fat we use the finest cold press organic high lignan flax oil, pressed in small batches at Flax Farm in Sussex. Sweetened with date syrup, instead of nuts we use milled tigernuts (which are not a nut) and carob. Low in saturated fats and a source of fibre.

An exciting use of date syrup is to add it to almond milk or soya milk for a mock hot chocolate! Apart from that use like honey to sweeten cereals, cakes and cookies. We use this organic date syrup in our cookies and cakes.
