Made from fully ripened organic plums using the traditional method of gently cooking in open kettles to reduce plums to a fruit preserve without adding any sugar.
We are very excited about inventing a healthy organic alternative to chocolate spread without the palm fat and milk powder. Instead of palm fat we use the finest cold press organic high lignan flax oil, pressed in small batches at Flax Farm in Sussex. Sweetened with date syrup, instead of nuts we use milled tigernuts (which are not a nut) and carob. Low in saturated fats and a source of fibre.
Suitable for vegans.
